Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Reservations

​

• Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: No penalty. The guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

• Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged. No refund will be provided.

 

2. Non-Refundable Reservations

• These reservations do not provide any refund in case of cancellation, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

 

3. No-Show (Failure to Arrive)

​

• In case of a no-show, the full cost of the booking will be charged and no refund will be provided.

 

4. Changes to the Reservation

​

• Reservation changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any changes.

5. Cancellation Procedure

​

• To cancel a reservation, please contact us via email at rumahmagda@gmail.com or by phone at +62 878 4810 1581. Please include the reservation number and the name under which the reservation was made.

 

6. Cancellation Confirmation

​

• Once the cancellation request is received, we will send a confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us again.

Booking:

​

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request

• Rooms accommodate two guests, with the option to add an extra bed for 160,000 IDR, excluding children under 36 months. Guests are not authorized to allow any external person to use the room or to use it for a different destination.

• All rooms feature air conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom with views of the tropical garden and pool. Towels and sarongs are provided for ceremonies or beach outings.

Breakfast: Breakfast is not included but can be requested for. Savor a delicious breakfast, featuring made-to-order eggs, fluffy pancakes, and refreshing fruit bowls. Wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee from our moka pot, complementing your morning feast with a touch of indulgence.

 

Common Area: The spacious common area is designed for remote work, with excellent Wi-Fi, multiple charging outlets, and a dispenser providing complimentary hot and cold water, coffee, or tea. It's also ideal for relaxation.

 

Pets:Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Belongings: Rumah Magda is not responsible for the security of guests' valuables.

​

Pool: There is no lifeguard on duty, and swimming is at the guest's own risk. For safety reasons, smoking and bringing glassware or other breakable items into the pool area are not permitted.

​

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or common areas; only in the garden or on the guest's own terrace, where ashtrays are provided.

 

Vehicles:  We have a parking area in front of the house for scooters and temporary parking for taxis or drivers.

 

No Shoes Indoors: To maintain cleanliness and comfort, please remove your shoes before entering the rooms. Shoe racks are provided for your convenience.

 

Respect for Other Guests: Respect fellow guests by keeping noise levels low after 10:00 PM. Let's create a serene environment for everyone to enjoy a peaceful night. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a tranquil atmosphere.
