1. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request.

 

2. Can I request an extra bed in the room?

Yes, extra beds are available at an additional cost of 160,000 IDR per night. Children under 36 months stay free of charge. Please inform us in advance to arrange for the extra bed. 

 

3. What amenities are provided in the rooms?

Our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom with han soap, bath soap and shampoo. They also offer views of the tropical garden and pool. Towels and sarongs are provided for your convenience.

 

4. Is smoking allowed in the rooms or common areas?

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or common areas. However, designated smoking areas are available in the garden or on the private terrace.

 

5. Are pets allowed at the property?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Rumah Magda.

6. What are the cancellation policies?

Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 29 to 15 days before arrival are charged 50% of the total stay, while cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival are charged 100% of the total stay. In case of a no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

7. Is there parking available at the property?

We have a small parking area available in front of the house for scooters, as well as temporary parking for taxis or drivers.

8. What is the best time to visit the island?

The best time to visit the island is during the dry season from April to October.

9. Do you offer travel assistance?

Yes, we can assist you in organizing your trip around the island and provide consultations.

10. Are external visitors allowed on the property?

External visitors are only allowed in the common areas with prior approval.

11. Do you offer laundry service?

We do not offer laundry service, but we can provide recommendations for nearby services.

12. Can you arrange airport transportation?

Yes, we can arrange airport pick-up or drop-off services for your convenience. Please inform us of your flight details in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Whether you're arriving or departing, we'll ensure a smooth and hassle-free transportation experience to or from the airport.

13. Is the kitchen shared?

No, the kitchen is for staff use only. However, our common area is equipped with a shared refrigerator and a dispenser providing unlimited hot and cold water, tea, and coffee for our guests' convenience.
