At Rumah Magda, we strive to offer much more than just comfortable accommodation; we want to share with you our history as well as the culture and our unique vision of a Balinese stay. The architecture and design of our spaces are inspired by the fundamental principles of Balinese culture: Tri Hita Karana, Catus Pata, Hulu Teben, and Tri Mandala.

 

Starting with Tri Hita Karana, which emphasizes harmony and balance between humans, nature, and the divine, we have created an environment that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding landscape, promoting a sense of connection and serenity. We use local materials and colors that reflect the essence of Bali, creating cozy and comfortable spaces.

 

The concept of Catus Pata guides us in arranging spaces to promote social interaction, contemplation, and individual well-being. Open courtyards, sacred places, and areas for community activities are arranged to create an atmosphere of harmony and order.

 

Hulu Teben, or the "sacred space," assigns special meanings to different parts of our structure, offering places for reflection and connection with Balinese culture.

 

Tri Mandala organizes our structure into three distinct sections, each with a specific purpose and associated with cultural practices and traditional rituals.

 

The interior design has been carefully studied to offer a warm and welcoming environment where guests can feel "at home away from home." Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
